The Faculty Association Political Action Committee (FA-PAC) is the political arm of the union. FA-PAC’s primary purpose is to:
The FA-PAC advances faculty interests through community organizing, campaigns and elections, and public policy advocacy work.

The FA-PAC’s work is made possible by the incredible support of faculty (approximately 150), staff, and some administrators who make monthly voluntary contributions (averaging $8.71/month).

Current voting members
According to PAC bylaws, there are five voting members: the PAC Chair and FA President, along with three faculty representatives (one each from De Anza and Foothill; and one part-time district faculty representative). Current FA-PAC voting members include:
